if the dogs loves doing it, then why stop it, theres been many a fine tune played on an old fiddle

Even if she did have a heart attack and died while out hunting,isnt it better than been shut away in a run for the rest of her days,at least you will have known she would have died doing what she like

if your not forceing the dog of the kennel then why not take it out for the odd day out rabbiting as long as still got the heart ,hope my dogs are still grafting at 13 ,fairplay lad keep it up ,ovisisly you look after your dogs 2 still be able 2 work her at 13

cheers lads :thumbs: as long as i open the trailor door or even the boot of the car and she jumps in then she goes!! not all the time thow,she watched this course and was pulling like feck to get of the lead but there was no way it probally would of busted her heart lol.. :thumbs:

tommy your right my mate has a springer and hes 11 hes great at marking holes and all he has done from he was young. its the same when the trailer opens hes the first dog in. if he was left at home he'd prob. be gone now. so keep her going as long as she can. do her good.she wont be stuck in a pen thinking why i cant go. thats when she will go down hill. i seen a terrier been dug out at the age of 14 years that was in 1987 when i was a young lad.atb danny
