  6. i first met david grayling, 1973 or 74 at stratfield saye CLA game fair he had a copy of the lucas book which i could not afford at the time, clifford doggie hubbard also had a stand at the fair, many years later he was telling me the lucas book would always get stolen of his stall. i have bought many off grayling since, been to his shop a few times i think he,s living in devon now. atb
  7. there was a ftch springer with just the one, sired over fifty litters, i don't think the breeders worried to much about it

  10. smithy, sadie, rags, produced from worker to worker, no linebreeding or inbreeding. n.s. used a brother of rags a couple of times that he does not mention in the book. if you are digging to good dogs, breed to good dogs simple as that. great pics dilly. atb
