Hob&Jill 258
Any one ever do the quick method for skinning a Pheasent? All you have to do is lie it on its back, step on its wings (close to the body as possible) and pull up hard with the feet. It works great, should leave you with the breasts in perfect condish, then legs off and bin it. No guts or anything to mess about with.
