hi all just thought I'd ask hows everyone's buildup to the start of the season going, mines getting off to a good start been building up the pups fitness a little now ready for her first season, got all obiediance, jumping and retrieving exactly to the way it should be. had a few nights out with the lamp not as such to run quarry just get her used to fences in the dark and retrieving her dummy over fences in the dark and so on so when season comes I can just concentrate on putting quarry in front of her. how's everyone else's build up going and what kind of things you been doing, thanks all

Mine was going well......few things I'd like sorted out before really hitting the fields hard, the dogs fitness is good just a case of smoothing out the rough edges.

We'll get a night sorted for next moon down J.......bell you later.

My build up has been Good and Bad. My wee bullx bitch knocked a toe up just under four weeks back so not much has been done with her except odd walk. But on good note my Wheaten x pup has just started his 1st few outings on lamp to just see what its all about. And has took to it like a duck to water. Even bagged a nice vixen with him 3rd time out. So bike miles wil be put in next week or two while moon is bright then start serious lamping.
