pattstaff 157
Look at the new link on the right hand corner "Badger cull" Irony or what. Government is intending to prosecute him for digging brock and then have intentions of culling them wholesale.Somebody in government needs to take this fecking illogical circus in hand and make some sense of it. P.S.Tell him to contact Clive Rees.
events co-ordinator 353
Clive Rees good as he is does not operate in Scotland thats why I put my previous post up if they are to stand any chance of a fair trial they need sound advice from a specialist solicitor and they need expert opinion sooner rather than later. events co-ordinator 353
There are specialist solicitors in Scotland that have already defeated the nonsense the sspca offer as evidence the problem is we cannot contact the guys to offer advice. Be aware the sspca are desperate to get a custodial sentence and they don't want looholes like LACK of EVIDENCE stand in their way.
events co-ordinator 353
Just to give you an idea how it works up here the last badger case my old man was involved in was guys from Cumbria one of their defence lawyers was the husband of the procurator who was prosecuting the case. That will maybe give you an inkling as to what constitutes a FAIR TRIAL in Scotland.
