lanesra 4,007 Posted June 21, 2011 Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 I can only see Gareth Bale , Aaron Ramsey and Charlie Adam (if he shows the same form this comin season as he did last) makin the squad , cant see anyone from N.Ireland makin squad , so lots of players from these 3 countries Scotland Wales and N.Ireland will miss out on playin in the Olympics so its a hard 1 to call , as i think the 3 players ive mentioned added to a mainly English team would be a REALLY STRONG SQUAD , and as for fans not sure a mainly English squad would get the support from N.Ireland wales and definetly not Scotland , oh forgot to add cant see many players from the Isle of Man gettin in the squad Quote Link to post Share on other sites

gnasher16 31,602 Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 (edited) The Olympics being an amateur sport id like to see a bunch of British army boys representing us at the Olympics.....the top pros dont want to play in it anyway so why not reward some of the brave young men of the armed forces with pulling on a GB footie jersey im sure they are plenty fit enough and it would be something that would stay with them for life....they could probably get a decent little side together as well.
