Just had the dinner, and on the menu was ....KID GOAT....well back leg anyway. It was absolutely delicious.I was presented with a plate of spuds and peas with this great bleeding leg hanging over both sides of the plate.I have to say it was spot on.If the wife reads this Im never going to hear the end of it,lol. The meat was as tender and somehow sweet to the taste.I have to say if you never tried this then have a lash guys and gals.Heres a photo of the size of animal I processed a few weeks ago.It was in the freezer fr at least a month.Im geting the urge to go again and fill the chiller.

those were red and yellow cherry tomatoes, cant remember exact recipe but it was tomato based, i planned to turn the skin into a rug but it never happened, i ended up burying the skin after the flies got to it :icon_redface:

couldnt believe how hard it is to skin goat, its easier stripping wallpaper

try making a rub useing olive oil, herbes de provence and dryed lavender on your leg of goat before roasting,
