nod 285
a friend of mine lost his ferret not too long ago, and by chance one of the farm workers found it few days later, he checked it over and all seemed to be fine, untill it started getting fatter, now it has had babies and they all have a ginger colour on there bellies, the only thing we can think of that has mated with it is a stoat, as it hasnt been near any of his hobs, has anyone heard of anything like this Quote Link to post

ferret lady 73
WIld polecats and mink can cross breed. Not sure if thats any help Ferrets can breed with American mink but will not produce viable offspring. They can produce offspring with European mink, which are not present in the UK. 1 Quote Link to post
