I had one a few years ago, sire to my present dog, catch rabbits and daytime hares, retreive live to hand every time, rip anything out of the ground one after the other and tackle any fox above ground single handed without fail. I would honestly say, one of the most versatile crosses that also has the prey drive that I have ever seen. Like as already been said, wish i had him now. He was more use to me than I ever was to him.

Why ask about it ? Once you get more than two breeds in a cross; you could get anything !! The pups, in the same litter, could throw to the Bull, Collie or greyhound ! You could get a racy, smooth coated pup, or a heavy rough coated pup; or anything between ! Some Lurchers throw to "type" others don't ! You pays your money... and takes yore chance ! Unless you know the EXACT breeding !

Cheers.
