Cold Ethyl 63
She only gets a few spoonfuls to make it a bit more tasty to try and make her eat better.Shes big and her bellys solid so shes not so comfortable and cant eat loads at a time fair enough.I let her in the kitchen to eat everytime i go past the gate to the toilet or to make a cuppa or whatever so she has as much opportunity to eat as and when it suits her Must be working shes starting to look a bit better already.Over the last few days i added chicken and lamb breast etc i have to cook it now she wont eat it raw to her dinners and chicken soup this afternoon when i got home she came a run with us im too scared to leave her incase something happens lol.The puppy stuff is small kibble i think thats were she gets fed up my other two wont eat it cos its too small either that or theyre taking the piss I always presumed if your adding it say to a bowl of what they normally get its extra is it not im hopeless with that sort of stuff all i want is to get her looking a bit better before the big event cos shes really quite thin and Shes going to need something on her bones before dealing with pups.Shes way too young as well in my opinion to be having pups but not much we can do now theyre moving can feel them doing a dance in there So they must be in good spirits lol.Dont know how much longer she will hold on to them for from what i read yesterday its about a week or so they start to move to get ready to be born Quote Link to post

Cold Ethyl 63
Yes i met the sire and know his breeding shes ok apart from being so big shes rifting or hacking when she moves a certain way had her at the vets but they said its normal being a small dog with a big full belly does that.Shes eating much better has a bit of a bust tail from wagging it all the time and smacking it off the doors and what not but were using wound powder and it seems to be helping.Shes getting a lot more clear discharge now so im guessing wont be too long now hope so anyway cos shes not comfortable now Bought her a new cushion yesterday to help her be more comfy and she sleeps on the couch most of the time.Shes a fantastic little dog shes so easy to handle so well behaved as well and never a problem left her yesterday for a while and she didnt howl the house down or eat the place so no real faults bit of a thief but she was so thin and also never really lived in before shes had not one accident in the house either Quote Link to post

Cold Ethyl 63
Wasnt anything to do with me mate i only took the dogs in.Thats what we were told and it would figure right as sire was at least 26/27 inches to the shoulder and hairy lol the fact he was bred with a small whippet seems a bit silly to me but its done now and i can only look after her and her pups now Quote Link to post
