stroller 341
I recently was gifted a jill ferret for breeding purposes she is an out and out biter so thought i will get some ferret tone and try that, well she doesnt like it but my big super friendly hob loves it. initially first thoughts were well so much for that idea however she has calmed right down maybe its the smell of the stuff on my hands has some sort soporific effect but she is not interested in biting when its present on my skin anybody had similair experiences? Does the jill work? cos if shes an 'out and out biter' and you have not really worked her. . . . .. why you taking kits off her? Quote Link to post

stroller 341
The lad i got her off keeps a good line and his stuff really does work, he bred a litter last year and kept a few back but after two knee ops in nearly as many months and the last one has taken some getting over, he just didnt handle them as much as he should this one has done a little bit and worked well. im persevering with her as i was desperate for a jill from good lines if its just a matter of taming her down then it will be worth it if however she has a screw loose and wont stop biting then i would put her down. but as it stands she is a lovely little thing and has calmed right down so i think it will have a happy ending. yes John its one of Trevs im sure you can vouch for Trevs line of ferrets his 2 hobs i borrowed last year took care of over a hundred rabbits in two sessions. ive not seen better or faster Quote Link to post
