scalesntails 118
Can't help with recipes but if you need to spice up anything then get some daves insanity sauce. When I first tried it it seemed incredibly hot but its just a nice warmth now I am used to it. I have to add it to vindaloos now though as compared to that they taste like kormas. You can get in tescos now too. I have never been so regular in my life! :icon_redface:
John Keswick 119
Much hotter than a vindaloo is extra hot nandos peri peri sauce, its made from birds eye peppers i think. Mind you i do tend to douse my food in it, but by feck after that stuff, i am feeling a tad warmer Cayenne peppers although they say are hotter than jalapenoes, i find are not so bad. poacher3161 1,766
I bet more pissed up white people eat them realy hot curries like phall than the natives from them countries lol. I had a extra hot vindaloo last saturday night, wasnt too bad at all actually, they even popped 4 peppers in the rice for me to spice it up a bit! I havent had a phal yet, but thats the next thing to try, probably this weekend. For taste i like a patia, but the standard ones arent hot enough, so i always ask them to make it vindaloo hot! Just wish i could make them as good as the indian takeaway does, it would save me ££££s Phalls are good for clearing your sinuses soon clears an head cold lol.
