jigsaw 11,902
I had a few goat steaks tonight and they tasted very nice but a little chewy.I left them hang in the chill fridge for a few days before I processed them.just wondering if any one might have a few suggestions as to make em more tender.Any other recepies bar CURRY,I ferkin hate curry  There was nothing wrong with it just thought there may be other ways of dealing with goat meat.
