(had to book it off) got it all planned out to be out down the rabbit ridden permission, then what. sodding wind 22mph gusting upto 55mph. well just go off the phone with Andie (base jumper) and sod it were going to give it a try. Hes picking me up at 5 the moment i finish work,stright of up to ady at A&M for a twink for the new s400 and to get the bottle filled,and Andie can pick his Air Ranger up after repiars. then its off down plunger we go. if the winds to bad its a sit in the tent and chat job,may use the time to make a few hides. the met office giving it out to die down by dinner tomorrow, let hope there right. well after reading hunters and steves threads from there efforts in the wind im a little more hopefull. hopeing for some good bags this weekend as were there from tonight till sunday afternoon. wish us luck lads. i'll be gutted if the weather ruins this weekend its took me ages to get the time off. atb Andy ps hears a couple of pics from last summer of where were going. 500 acers of feilds. All the best for your foray mate Simon thank you Simon pal. yes it blowing a good un hear to. most of the feids up there are huge.ie the photos are of the same on,i just took a pic looking each way from the same spot. this may mean we feel the wind even more so in places. but there are more coverd areas and some barns and old out buildings in other spots,so im shure we'll find some life somwhere amongest the vast ness of the place. all the best pal.
