BEARINATOR 2,926
Sorry to hear that, it could be any number of things with ferrets. Most vets don't have a clue when it comes to them Quote Link to post

martnmagik 68
gutted for you mate. i had something very similar only last week happen to my hob who was roughly the same age but mine took less than 2 hours to get from happily playing and eating to unable to move. i called for a vet to come out as it was a sunday and the c**t never turned up so i put the old boy down as i couldnt see him suffer any longer Quote Link to post
rabbit.slayer.no.1 3
i dont know how long he was like that, it may of just happened or it any time in the 6 hours i wasnt in there . his cage is just on one level so he cant of fell plus the jill ive got in ith him is fine apart from she bite me when i was getting him out. shes been playing up for the last week she started biting and then running away . maybe she know he wasnt well or its just she is coming in to season but what ever the reason shes looking all over for him at the min as if she is missing him. my little girl was crying her eyes out when she got in from school because it was her favrit one. i didnt think it would be so hard to lose one.
