Coneytrappr 30
I think you would be better off just using some purse nets mate. 1 Quote Link to post
rabbit.slayer.no.1 3
the speed them bunnys are coming out the hole there isnt any garanty that it will run in to the snare. you have more chance it jumping strate over or under it, stick to the nets save missing any Quote Link to post
hullhunter 219
the speed the come out at they just knock them out the way. ive tryed and failed. Quote Link to post
stevethefish 80
No mate they are not designed for this type of pest control, use them on runs fences etc but leave them in the bag when ferreting. Purse nets are cheap enough to buy and the results will make it worthwhile buying a few. Quote Link to post
The one 8,585
What were you planning to do with them?. set them instead of nets ?.as said in the replies snares are best kept away from rabbit burrows as even in normal conditions a rabbit exits the burrow slowly and wont get caught up in a snare , Quote Link to post
grizz 0
god no i wouldnt use snares ,it would be to dangerous because if the ferret came out a hole and u didnt see it ,bad thing for that ferret !!!!! Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,217
Only time i have thought of using it is when there is a hole in a fence that bolting bunnies always head for if they skip the net. . . . . . . and i've never bothered, just used poke or stop nets. Quote Link to post
