hickymick 37
This question was asked before on a site, and I answered using Daley Thompson as an analogy. He was the greatest all round athlete in history, (my oppinion)! He could do every discipline of the decathlon VERY well, but he could not live with the specialist runners, jumpers and throwers ! So in my mind, an "allrounder" dog, should be able to do most things well, but won't be as good as a specialed coursing dog, or a foxing dog or a deer dog; it should be able to work with ferrets, lamp, etc., and be a generaly good all round moocher, a dog that can be used in almost all situations, and may not be the best, but won't let you down !! But of course that is just MY opinion of an "allrounder", others may have different opinions ! Cheers. yep thats right but if anyone has a little dog that can do this but wont do fox,i would be very happy to own it,lol..hint hint :search: :friends: Quote Link to post
