go to google and type in photobucket once there it will require you to join its free

when you view your pic on the computer, right click on the mouse, click open with, choose paint.

choose image in the top left of the screen, then resize/skew.

 

you can reduce the picture by % in width and hight and this will make it small enough to upload.
