jasper65 6
Just a quick question? had a visit tonight from the Community Police, it all stems back to my 14 year old lad having a Handbag fight at his school two weeks ago which I thought was over and done with . His headmaster told me it was dealt with and my son was Punished even though he was defending himself, he also never mentioned to me the police would be involved. at far as I was concerened it was finished until tonight when they knocked on the door! the strange thing is they asked for me direct and when they entered the house mentioned they wanted to make sure its all over with and finished , I told them I have forgot about it but the lads father tried to be John Rambo a few days ago before going off dragging his heals, the officer mentioned the school sent them but I'm now thinking it was the father. don't you think its strange they turned up two weeks later and on a saturday night? also I still can't get to the bottom what they realy wanted? was they telling me they wanted it "Finished with" or after my lad? Probably a stupid post but I now wish I got their numbers to follow it up and see what the purpose of the visit was, don't suppose anyone else has had any dealings like this or perhaps anyone who is a community officer? To be honest I could do without it...
JoeD 24
They probably just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't kick off again with either your son and the other guy or you and the other dad, saying that it is wierd. Joe

Malt 379
Jasps, it's all changed now mate. Most schools now have one of these community coppers come in to the schools on a regular basis and discuss things like this, along with somebody from social services. The incident probably came up at one of these meetings, and they would have taken details and made a home visit to all concerned. I wouldn't worry or read too much into it though. jasper65 6
cheers for the replies. spoke to my lad and he has never seen any community officers in his school but this could be the reason they came round, then again I think its funny they came round on a Saturday night. The other lads father was Beating on this estate today! its funny as I bumped into him as he drove through and he never looked or said a dicky bird! It just seems strange he was about here today and by the evening I get a visit. the same guy also contacted the school a week or so ago and dropped a young lad in it for going beating during school time, turns out the lad had permision. I wonder what other crap this vendictive nob will be making up in the future...
