Plummer Terrier

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have a one year old papered plummer dog, it breaks my heart typing this but I'm trying to see if there would be any one out there willing to give this dog a permanant home (free). At the minute he will not be going as I said this will be a very hard decision for me to make (just making a few enquiries to see if there would be a suitable home as he will not be going to just any one sorry). The dog has not seen any real graft but has been out bushin a few times and is very keen on getting into to warrens and screamin, hench why he is no good to me as i need something to go in and come out. I will admit this dog is not trained to the best of standards as I have had very little time and as he is a plummer he sure needed this!! I am sure this dog will make a cracking little dog in the right hands I just havent got the time or to be quite honest the patience with him as he is very high energy. He is not 100% with strange dogs although I have introduced him to mine and after a couple of small fights with my male lurcher to see who is boss he has now decided they can be mates.

Sorry for ranting but a good home who understands this type of dog is of up most importence.

Any more info wanted please pm me

Thanks

dont think a terrier is good for you then as most will open up on the slightest scent of any small or large quarry and they are all very active and and as most terriers are inqusitive and head strong by nature youll have your work cut out finding a suitable match for ya self. but hey all the best hope the fella gets a proper home.

Hiya

Yeah have realised that now stupid thing of me to do was get him but when some one is carrying a 6 week old pup round the streets its hard to say no. I did rehome him straight away as I knew I couldn't keep him but ended up with him back as don't want this little fella passed from place to place so when the forever!! home could no longer keep him I gladly took him back, now though it is unfair on the dog as he is not gettin the work and excercise he needs so looking for a really good home.

Thanks

I take it you have no paperwork with this plummer,if it is a plummer most of the decent breeder's will take them back and re-home for you, there's plummer type and genuine plummer's,these little dog's need a lot of exercise each day to keep them quiet,a pic might help re-home him,atb and good luck, wirralman

Yeah he has his plummer registration paper work, his pedigree and docking and dew clawing paperwork. Can't upload photos sorry
