Using the chairgun software Jsb Jumbo 10.3 grain pellet BC is .0310, Baracuda 10.5 grain pellet is .0250. Which pellet do you prefer and why?

Hi Ramcam.

Are these the two pellet types that you have had the best results with from the rifle?

Never used Baracudas, but have had good results with the JSBs, well made pellet mate.

Hi bill

I have tried around 20 different types of pellets aa's and baracudas seem to be the most accurate in my rifle, never tried JSB heavies. What difference does the BC make?

Hi Ramcam.

The higher the BC the better.

Better aerodynamics than the lower ones, retain more muzle energy down range,Pellet travels quicker to the target, and is less affected by wind as a result.

Or there abouts

i use superdomes in my hw100 kt and having great results with them but i have'nt tried any other kind of pellet through it the lad i bought it off used superdomes so i just kept to the same pellet

Hi Albert.

Yep, they are a nice pellet mate.

BUT....I got all curious one day, and weighed a tin of them, I was shocked to say the least.

They ranged from 92gr to 98 gr :icon_eek: so can go over 15.0 instead of the stated 14.5.

These Napier UPH are supposed to be sorted before we get them, and are supposed to be the same pellet type, so we will see when they arive

Hi Gary

If they are the same pellet, why does the chairgun software state that the JSB Jumbo pellets have a higher bc and lower grain than the Baracuda pellets?
