Modified our fourtrak

We have a fourtrak on the farm/shoot. And we decided that this year we would modify it to make it more suitable for lamping. Beauty of it is, the roof unbolted so if we want we can put it back on in the winter. I can already tell what your thinking, the people in the back will get wet. Doesnt bother me, im the driver

Means the shooter in the back has a clear shot in any direction.

 

 

 

It also does a good job of pulling the feed trailer

hhhhm interesting that mate as ivve got a fourtrack and the back end is starting to rust a bit with the inner parts of the rear windows whetre they slide back starting to rust a little handy to know they un bolt straight of the rear part of cab when we lamp at night in the summer and autumn i tak the sun roof completely out enough room for 2 to squeaze out idealy 1 though cant beata fourtrack thouhg imo looks good mate better if you took the back seats out more room to stand to lamp and shoot. atb with it willum.

We use a sportstrak and the back comes off the same as that. Rifle Bipod can lean on the roof above the driver. We left the back door on though as that's where we throw the bunnies etc.

Last night we cut the rear door in half and attached it back on. Much more useful as we can now put stuff in the back!

Willum we thought about removing the seat, but we just stand on it instead! plenty of room to have 2 guns standing up

why not raise the rear seat on supporting bars/blocks,

Yeahs thats not a bad idea. But when standing up your legs work like shock absorbers and i find its easier standing when using the shotgun on the move.
