andyfr1968 772
Hi, mate. Good solid old springer. If it's all working as it should and you do your bit, it'll be fine. Get plenty of practice on paper though before you take it hunting... Cheers. Quote Link to post

slingshot82 32
will i be ok to shoot it in my garden i was geting a bit of stik from nextdore he was going to ring the coppers Yes, so long as you have a good back stop and make sure none of your pellets leave your garden Kyle Quote Link to post
matt_hooks 188
Kyle. Do you, or your parents, own the house and land, or rent it? If you own, then you have the right to shoot the air rifle, as said, as long as the pellets don't leave the land. If they rent, then you probably have the right to shoot over it, though it might be worth checking. It would be worth having a chat with the neighbour, maybe invite them round to see your nicely constructed backstop, to show that the risk of pellets crossing the boundary is unlikely. Also be reasonable about when you shoot. An un-moderated air gun like that will make quite a crack and could disturb your neighbour. Just show your neighbour that you are being considerate, and are being careful and safe, and most reasonable people will stop bothering you. If he's not reasonable, then let him call the police. As long as you are taking sensible precautions and are not shooting where you shouldn't you've got nothing to worry about. How old are you by the way? Quote Link to post

masmiffy 82
I had one of these for years they were good in their day and still will do a job. I stripped my stock down and re finished it to get it darker, looked a treat tho I say it myself. Swapped it for a locator and collar last year! To be honest its not a difficult gun to strip and service yourself. You just need a service kit and a bit of time. Quote Link to post
