Hi,

My partner and I are in the process of setting up a lurcher and terrier events team.

I have started to build a website and would appreciate any feedback, good or bad, any ideas/articles to put on there etc

http://www.moonlightlurcherevents.co.uk/

Also, if you could just spare a few seconds to answer the questions on here

Thanks

i`d go for 3-6mths on your terrier pups and dont put em in for your puppy champ pups i`d split into classes for each type and take your champion from that..i always like to see a vets class . good luck with it all .. and be clear on whr you stand with showing docked terriers .

Thanks, Ive added vetran classes, knew i would miss something!

With the puppy classes i have done 3 - 6 month and 2 classes for the 6 -12 month, one rough and one smooth. I am just a bit worried that we will end up with lots of puppy classes with not many dogs in each if we split into breed. If the demand is there then we may split the classes into dogs and bitches on the day.

NO PLUMMERS , ROUGH/ SMOOTH RUSSELS

EVENTS TEAM AT GAMEFAIRS I PRESUME

Sorted, as there just 'example' schedules i have put a note at the bottom to say, any other breed classes will be arranged for 3 or more dogs. does that sound OK?

longer courseing tracks for bigger dogs and only the staff to lose the dogs

One of our team is an expert at setting up a decent course, obviously the size of the show field limits but our coursing will be as big as we can safely make it. Its something that i think might be good to put in the adverts for the shows, the size of the course.
