As some of you people will be aware David Cameron has stood by his words and is going to allow a free vote in parliment regarding the repeal of the hunting act.

I urge you as fellow sportsmen and woman to send the country side alliance and the basc an email or letter asking them to think about organising a march to show how we feel regarding the ban this law must be over turned and the public and the mp,s need to be aware of our lives within the working dog world. If it go,s before a vote and loses then it will be set in sotne there wont be any going back then this is our last chance.

please dont be fooled thinking im ok it hasnt bothered us since the ban the police havent had the funding to police it correctly but with the wrong man as home secretary they could soon have the cash and then they will police it even if in my eyes its a total waste of tax payers cash with far more better things needing sorting by the police.

Look at the badger laws lads never thought it would become illegal and even with it banned they,d be ok how wrong where they.

i urge you all as fellow huntsmen shooters fishermen to please all stand together take five minutes and send that email make our feelings felt think of your childrens future,

thankyou for taking time to read this yours in sport

it was in paper today saying it was one of the things he was going along with the lib dems on and isnt going to repeal it now

You got a link? I can only find references saying they are going to go ahead with the free vote against lib dems wishes?

I've just wrote to CA and my local MP. Don't forget to write to your mps too, as its they who hold the power!!

I admire your enthusiasm, but have you actually read the new policy statement from the coalition government?

The straight up free vote on repeal has been shelved in favour of a free vote for the commons to express their views on repeal. Maybe it's the right way to go, but on the other hand it might not even get as far as a vote on repeal. Either way, I can't see this being given a lot of parliamentary time after the amount of time that was wasted on the ban in the first place..

Either way, I hope you can muster enough support to make a decent show.
