CLICK..... the lights just went on, thats PATRICK if you dont mind Bill as in Lord negative... picture.... HUGE GROAN!!! MTP: Every picture tells a story especially in todays digital photography. The pic, tells every thing about the camera, the settings, time it was taken, if flash was used or not, what time you went for your last crap etc..... I was just 'airing my knowlage' as my mother used to call it or "Being a smart arse, big headed, show off" as my old man used to say, you can tell he didn't have the same 'upper class' upbringing as my mother cant you :11: Phantom Edited May 21, 2010 by Phantom Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
But how can you get all that info just by looking at the pic you have got me curious now I just love it when I do this to people, they seem to think I'm intelligent or something :11: Like that'll ever be the case Not quite as simple as just looking at the pic When you take a digital image, in the file that contains all the data that makes up the picture, there is a section of data that stores what is known as the "Exif Information" When you save an image file on your computer, you can 'right click' and select 'Properties' from the little menu that appears. For example I simply saved your image on my desktop, then I right clicked on the file and selected Properties. This displays this: As you can see, it gives basic info such as time saved, file name etc.... But click on the 'Summary' tab and it displays a lot more info, like this: So there you have it! Just something I did when I was in a funny mood What is it that Fecking Meerkat says? "Simples" Until I get a bead on its noggin that is Phantom Edited May 21, 2010 by Phantom Quote Link to post
