s410 3rd rab

hey all took alice (aa s410) out for a little quick walk around some permission on sunday, cut a bad day short seen nothing at all gutted to be honest so jumped in car and was bout to drive away when i seen this little sorry s.o.b along the hedge so back out with the gun car as a rest 40yarder and down she went so thats alices 3rd rab wat a gun she turning out to be.

thanks all for replys wasnt going to put tape on but the simmions scope that came with it has got a shiny black finish and it shines in sun so need all the help i can get getting close to them never mind a big reflectiong scaring them lol, but saving up for a new scope for her so should be good.

A 40 yarder is a very good shot in anyones books mate.

 

Have you mil dots on your scope or did you just guess the hold over by the rabbits ears?

thanks all for replys,

 

zini- no mil dots but were the crosshair goes thick to thin i worked it out to be just over 1 mil dot so just a little above that for that range as scope zeroed at 30 yards,

 

cause before i go in to the field with any gun i allways have a week of target/zange work with her to get to know her, cause if you dnt know wat you and gun capeable of then you could end up injurying the chossen quarry which i think is just wrong.
