The Machine 0
Hi guys, had another quiet day on my small holding with my .22 XL. Only saw one collared dove. This one was quite high in a tree. I have been told that when shooting high that you need to aim low. So i did, Although it was quite close it was a nice humane shot. As there a lot of trees were i go i would like to perfect my high shots, any advice would be great thanks, Quote Link to post

JackReid 35
Find a spot you dont usually hunt in, and practise hitting knots in the above branches, or when some has chipped away fire at that. Work out how much you need to alter depending on the angle, I intend to have a good practice on that when I get back. Jack Quote Link to post
