NOOK/ANNA 96
Give it time mate. It's still a pup at that age it's just playing. Wait few months until season starts a try it then. Quote Link to post

arcticgun 4,548
you'd have a sight more to worry about if it wasn't chasing! it will soon click as to what it needs to do, as others say its still very young, just put it in the right places and let it get on and learn, going out with older dogs will help as long as they tolerate pups. Best of luck with it mate, you'll soon be posting your first catches! Edited April 21, 2010 by arcticgun Quote Link to post

Putting live rabbits down for it is illegal, so be careful what advice you take, with young dogs and yours is young, dont worry it will come, Itake mine ferreting and encourage them to hold them in the net, let it do this but under control, this will encourage it to chase when you leave a net off for it to chase a bolter, once the penny drops you should have no problems, some brainier breeds click on quicker and younger than others, time is on your side. Good luck.WR. Quote Link to post
