Guest fence_hopper
you dont need to walk the pup 2 miles a day. to a field or a local park for a quick run or mooch 1 or 2 times a day will do. i'd start walking her about 4 weeks before the season starts (sept) she wont need to much she young and full of energy anyway, they only have one or 2 runs to start of with anyway, while there learning. only my opinion it works for me every ones different, good luck with the pup Edited April 12, 2010 by fence_hopper Quote Link to post

NOOK/ANNA 96
I wouldn't worry to much about her fitness for the season ahead yet mate. Just let her be a pup, at that age they usually full of energy an keep themselves active enough. I usually don't start serious fitness work until early july. I find this gives plenty of time to get them fit for season ahead. Quote Link to post
