LBJ 11
When I have been visiting England to hunt, I never really had the time to hunt pigeons. A friend of mine is a gamekeeper in Norfolk and invited me several times and finally we found one afternoon last year. I got 85 that day and then i was addicted. I went to England again a couple of month later and had a really cracking day (well at least it was to me, because I dont have a place here in Denmark were i can shoot that many) I arrived friday afternoon and asked if we should drive down to see if there was any pigeons. There was "a few" as my friend said!! So i was really looking forward to the next day.... The weather was fine, a little wind and a bit cloudy. I started at 10 and finished 6 hours later. That day gave me 188 pigeons and 1 "black bird" (sorry i dont know the english name for it) Here is a few pic's of my very great day. I think there is 174 on this picture, we found the rest when we walked around the hedges and small woods with the dogs. I used 354 shots that day and i really cant wait to go back. That was fantastic and thank you very very much to my friend for inviting me. 1 Quote Link to post
