venomviper 129
yeah i did buddy i put it on my laptop and and i have the crono cable as well so i tried that today to and it works great every shot is take on the laptop i just sold buster 1 on here they are good to have if you are doing a lot of shooting on a range matey because thats why i was at the gunshop getting some more pellets it worked out that i am getting on my tx200hc 11.7 on bisley mags and rws hobby i am hitting 11.8 and the mozy express and the same through a couple of my guns i going to run a 10 or 20 string through on the pcp's this week if i get chance to see how they take to the heavy pellet as well as i always use the bisley mags in most of my guns but the accupel went down to 11.3 so they went to a good home so i will get a write up and spread sheet done on what is running better in the guns. shay Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
That would be cool pal cheers. Ive just bough a new chronograph myself mate. Hopefully it will be here in a couple of days time and then i will chrono all my rifles and see whats what mate. Ive found a good program that i use with a chrono graph mate that works out your energy levels in a second. Here is the link to it mate http://www.airgunsofarizona.com/energycalc.htm If you havent got the internet near your calibration range then you can do the following on a calculator: Velocity in (fps) times the Velocity in (fps) times the Pellet Weight in (grains) divided by 450240 = Energy (ft/lbs) Example = 570 x 570 x 16 grain divided by 450240 = 11.54 ft/ibs. Here is my new chrono attached, what do you think pal? Si New chronograph.doc Quote Link to post

venomviper 129
hi ya si i like the crono matey it's the f1 aint it ? i got one off airgunforum fantasic bit of kit matey and stops you shooting the combro lol and that will work great in the range you use matey and a good write up on how to use them as well wouldnt go a miss either buddy as a lot of people find crono's strange in the way there work or to calculate everything to get what they need and a good vid on how to set up and show what pellets are being used and weight in different rifles as you cant find anything that gives anyone the help they need a lad emailed me to day about a full set up from grease to silencer so i took him to the gunshop and showed him what was on offer for his budget but he was amased on what he could get and how it all worked i didnt get chance to even get on here until now as he was here trying every pellet i had to find the right one for the gun, but i know it takes time matey but with the way your dvds come across matey i think it would be well worth puttting one together about pellets and different rifles and everything a starter would need to know but with the added hunting footage to finish it off with buddy even to the pro hunters that are on here would watch as i have been a shooter for nearly 26 years as from a baby so to speak as my family always hunted but not every family is the same and trust me si i have learnt alot it just makes you think then you try it and works so we carry on trying new thing's ie pellets guns cammo, i think you would be good and coming across on vid about that and i know your time is short but food for thought hey ? shay Quote Link to post

Sweeney-Todd 208
Hi Shay. What a cracking little chap Vinney is mate. Friend for life there buddy. We had one years ago, she was called "Meggan" a real charactor. Our children were very young, and let her out, she got hit by a car, and was parralised from the shoulders back. After a heart wrenching desision, we had to let her sleep, still brings a tear to my eye to this day when I think about her. "Meggan" couldnt climb tree's though Bill. Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Sounds like a good idea Shay mate. I was doing some chrono work to day with the new chrono pal and the R10 and HW100KT. I got some suprising results with them both. Air rifle profile Scope type = Generic mil dot Scope magnification = 6 standard mil dot Scope above centre of barrel = 48mm Rifle type = BSA R10 Zero range = 25m Pellet type = FX Pellet weight = 16 grain Rifle velocity = 568.7 f/s or 173 m/s Rifle power = 11.51 Ft/lbs or 15.60 joules Profile stays within a 2.5cm kill zone from 8m to 28m First aim point is 10m 10m = Aim bang on 15m = Aim ½ MD hold under 20m = Aim ½ MD hold under 25m = Aim bang on 30m = Aim ½ MD hold over 35m = Aim 1 MD hold over 40m = Aim 1 ½ MD hold over 45m = Aim 2 ¼ MD hold over 50m = Aim 2 ¾ MD hold over Air rifle profile Scope type = Generic mil dot Scope magnification = 8 Scope above centre of barrel = 48mm Rifle type = Weihrauch HW100KT Zero range = 25m Pellet type = Webley Accupells Pellet weight = 14.3 grain or 0.927 gram Rifle velocity = 613.45 f/s or 187 m/s Rifle power = 11.93 Ft/lbs or 16.18 joules Profile stays within a 2.5cm kill zone from 8m to 29m First zero point is 11.6m 10m = Aim bang on 15m = Aim ½ MD hold under 20m = Aim ½ MD hold under 25m = Aim band on 30m = Aim ½ MD hold over 35m = Aim 1 MD hold over 40m = Aim 1 ¾ MD hold over 45m = Aim 2 ¼ MD hold over 50m = Aim 3 ¼ MD hold over So from now on the R10 stays on the FX and the HW100KT is going to change to Webley Accupells as i tried them yesterday in the woods and they group very well. What was a shock was that the R10 only does 10.9FP with Webley Accupells Si Quote Link to post
