not happy with new pellets

Recommended Posts

Yeah, you have to be very carefull with the aa diablo pellets as they are very soft and can get damaged easily. I tend to get maybe 10 or 20 in a tin which are mis-shaped, but i just give them to my dad for his old springer instead! Another prob I have is if i put loose pellets in my jacket pocket then they can get bent a bit, so you have to be carefull.

I dont see a problem with the shop swapping them. What a lot of shops do if you take things back is simply put it back on the shelf, as not everyone is "brave" enough to take things back, so they end up just off-loading on the next poor guy who buys it.

I have took the pellets back shop were a bit aprehensive but when they saw the state of the pellets they exchanged them no bother.

RESULT :clapper:

In this day and age, a happy customer is a returning customer yeah? and a shop keep (no matter if he's a one man band or a multistore conglomerate) will do all they can to keep a customer.

My Grandfather and his relatives were shop keepers and their 1st rule (even when my bitch of a mother tried to prove different) was, in his words "Your customer is the only one who is right, EVEN when (not if, but when) you know full well they are wrong!" Wise words from an old soldier who made a lot of money when he left the service :notworthy:
