i've got an eight month old bedlington greyhound pup that stands twenty inches tts,can anybody tell me if he will grow much bigger, someone told me that if the bedlington dog you use in the cross is on the small side,the pups could be small,his sire was seventeen tts read somewhere that some off the rillington strain can throw small pups when mated to greyhounds and whippets,any comments welcome, cheers.

just depends,mines 22tts but his litter brothers are between 19 and 21

thats possibly its full height my beddy whippet reached its full height at seven months of 20ins check to see if theres any knuckle left on it that should tell you. my mates got one standing at 18ins that cross throws various types and sizes.

My first cross bedlington greyhound dog stands just under 21" tts. I am pretty sure he did not get much taller after 7 months.

wont grow much bigger mate thats if it does my dads bitch only grew to 20'' tts

sounds to me they never used a big enough bitch

you might get 21-23 for a 1stx dog and 20-21 for a bitch mate mine was bred out of 26tts grey bitch and she only made 20 tts mate so dont expect much more out of it but you will have loads of fun with him when you bring him on atb

I cant see it makeing any bigger myself its one of the biggest downfalls with this cross the size the one i have at 21tts would be a lot better if she was two inch taller but thats the chance you take getting a beddy hybred thats the reason i like a beddy hybred crossed back to a bigger type lurcher.atb dell
