tail docking

i was thinking bout breeding my jack russle so rang the vets to price getting tails done.vets answer was we carnt do them unless i prove they are working dogs i askd how and the reply was with a gun license told them i havent got one.vet replyd carnt get them done then.what a load ov bullshit.

do you not know anyone with a gun license,then take them to a different vet,just a thought :whistling:

The law states you need proof of it being used in pest control work,all you need is a letter for permission to use the dogs for pest control.It says feckk all about what sort of pest control you do or how much land you need,in a few words your next door neighbour that owns his own home as the land owner can give you such a letter for the vet.It ain't hard to get round it it's finding a good vets thats the fecker.

if you dont advertise em and get shut of em to close friends then whats the problem,its just another piece of wrong legislation...did the hunting ban work :thumbs:

 

 

Problem is CB is should the new owners be challenged by rspca etc the first and second question they will ask will be have you a docking certificate to prove it has been carried out by a vet and where did the dog come from which will inturn make the breeder liable to prosecution if they carried out the docking themselves.

Cut them just under half with a CLEAN RAZOR when there 3 day's old then give them back to the bitch/dam,and if RSPCA/POLICE ask's question's just say youve just this second found them in a box :rofl::rofl::rofl:
