Recommended Posts

I went out this afternoon for a mooch and had a good couple of hours dig on a coon, it was a difficult spot, the coon got in behind a 2ft tree root, to boot the the ground was frozen solid and i broke my spade !!!! it was quite dark by the time i was finished , god i wish i had some young lad around here that was keen on digging !! my back isn't what it used to be !! :)

anyway here's some pics

Thanks Lads for the kind words, they're all suffering a bit today the brindle lurcher more so , he was trying to draw it because of the frozen ground and my Graft being bolloxed i couldn't make a big enough hole to get in to coon, but considering where the coon was under a tree root i don't think i could of gotten him if i had been able to make more room, every time the dog got a hold the coon would brace himself so that the dog couldn't pull him out, not an easy spot at all !!
