JohnGalway 1,043
I buy an 18amp sealed lead acid rechargeable battery at a motor bike shop €75 a go, still expensive in my mind. I use a backpack with decent wide shoulder straps, I cut off any zip handles to stop jingling and tie the shoulder straps across my chest with some rope, makes it easier to carry. On the end of my lamp wire are two eyes, red for positive + and blue for - I bolt these to the battery terminals and away I go. Oh, I cut a small slit in the backpack to let the wire through. Good thing about the backpack is it's got pockets for spare bulbs, a back up torch, etc. Quote Link to post
