Downunder_Sthn_Ferreter 16
Well i got a little creative in the kitchen this evening. What with all this excellent fresh Rabbit meat on offer i had to do something with it, so i gave this a crack>> Spent some time looking at a heap of copy cat KFC recipes, Settled on one & was pretty happy with the first effort. The rest of the family and some friends made pretty short work of it all too Was a lot less fatty than the usual chicken Anyone want the recipe & method i used, Just send me a pm Cheers, Shaun Quote Link to post

Downunder_Sthn_Ferreter 16
I reckon the half 3/4 grown bunnys do make the best eating. Tenderwise they hold there own against an older bunny of 12 months or more. Still Overnight saltwater blanching makes an older bunny come up pretty good prior to cooking. Thanks for the replys to this recipe.... I think it will become a bit of a saturday night fav with the Family Cheers, Shaun Quote Link to post

Thought dah stuff it, Im gunna make a batch of Home made KFC... Grabbed a tray pkt of Chicken Drumettes at the local IGA Supermarket.
