chartpolski 27,331
Yes; just make sure you worm the dog regularly. Cheers.
skycat 6,174
Freeze rabbit for 3 weeks before feeding to kill the worm eggs or your'e likely to need to worm the dog every month.
doris 6
paunch it and feed muscle skin and bone only. worms live in the gut/intestine I believe

Attack Fell Terrier 864
Make sure they're gutted and as Skycat said freeze them for 3 weeks before feeding them because of the worms. I take the heads and feet off, but mates of mine feed the heads I'm not really sure why I dont in all honesty, it's just habit I suppose.
skycat 6,174
paunch it and feed muscle skin and bone only. worms live in the gut/intestine I believe The worms live in the gut, but egg sacs (water filled cysts full of tiny eggs) can be found anywehere on the rabbit's body: I was skinning one the other day and its entire shoulder muscle was covered in a big watery balloon full of eggs! Ugh!!

Ugh!! I stand corrected. . . . . I have not seen this before and would think it unmissable to see, and therefore unlikely I would feed the rabbit to dog or human, but thanks for that!!
