BSA Ultra Multi or AA s200

Recommended Posts

Hiya Guys.

Im at sixes a and sevens at the moment.

Realy like the BSA R10, but waiting for the dedicated left hander to become availiable.( About 2 months I think ?? )and waiting for the problems to iron out.

The HW100 was also in contention, but like the weight of the R10.

Meantime, Im looking at either the BSA Ultra Multi or the AA S200.

For you guys already shooting the Ultra and S200.....what are your oppinions?

I have shouldered both rifles and they both fit and feel good.

Will be going for the .22 flavour.

Thank you in antisipation of your replies.

Hi

I have a ultra multi .22, and even though i had a few problems to start with, i sent it off to BSA and it came back like new. It is deadly accurate and with a silencer fitted, you cant hear it. Very light, small and ideal for the job, and although i dont know much about AA guns, this is definatly a gun worth considering.

Not shot the Ultra (YET!)

But I do love my Bunny Sniping Baby  (even though she is but ugly)

I've missed very few bunnies with my S200 in .22 For me, (well until I can afford another PCP) there will be no other! (apart from my springer, also in .22).

Hiya guys.

Thank you all for your help and input.

Have spent a good couple of hours reading up on the BSA owners site.

Wanted to speak to "Tench" on there.....but cant join....register saying user name wrong.....tried all combinations of higher lower case and digits......still cant get in there :icon_redface::whistling::censored:

Think ill be going the Ultra route....as you say Phantom....the s2oo is a cracking rifle...only Butt ugly.

The Ultra is a good looking rifle, and from what I have read is up there with the best of them.

The low shot count can be improved with a Tench tune up.

Aparrently the air tube can be swapped for a larger one too??....anyone know which tube fits please??

Thanks for the pointers towards the second hand rifles.....bargains both of them......but prefer to buy new.

Thanks again all.....appreciate it.
