Wellk we had about 3 weeks on rain and I am thinking hear we go ..........I start to get the dogs out and I am thinking "will get some wires out soon!", now you cant even get a fecking peg in the ground

Its gone rock again, I am in south essex..........what about round your way lads?

Dont even want to work the ferts in this weather.

an old scottish rabbit snarer :11: gw once told me how to put pegs into hard ground he used a brickies line chisel and knocked that in first then put his peg in the slit it left it takes a little longed but it does work

It's called a "plugging chisel" if anyone wants to go buy one,

woodga means a brickies line pin , not a plugging chisel, tho a plugging chisel would do the job and wouldn,t break as easy as a line pin

Brickies line pins wont break if your just hammering them into soil,i'v been a bricky for 10 years and i havent had any snap just bend abit

this is what i have to put up with all year round lol. So i use tent pegs on my snares, and hammer them in real good. They do no come out
