lurchergrrl 1,441
Make sure you get some good wormers for him - that Bob Martin crap in the supermarkets is just that: crap. Also, Advantix spot on for fleas is brill stuff, and I've heard it also covers lung worm tho that's not on the packaging as yet. Good luck with him, he's a bonny lad. No doubt you'll get 10 fold back what you put into him. Quote Link to post
sh 08 17
he is already de flead and ive gave him a propper wormer and gave him some nice meat to settle him after his bath Quote Link to post
jinnyfizz 5
Poor wee dog Good job you've got him now I'd worm him with Panacur or Milbemax - they do lungworm as well as the other sorts. Drontal doesn't get rid of lungworm. They get lungworm/heartworm from eating or licking areas where slugs or snails have been - should imagine your little dog has probably had to eat off the ground or out of dirty bowls so he could be suffering from it. You never know until the infestation is so bad that it makes them cough. Good luck with him, he's a nice sort Quote Link to post
