Went out with lamp sunday evening to just check some local permission for a possible trip out later in week, no guns or dogs just me and my 13 year old son. Did one lap of field and pulled out of farm onto road and was confronted by a person standing in middle of road shining a lamp straight at me, i drove up to him and shouted words to the effect of get out the road you daft ****. He then walked up to the passenger window(which was open) and smacked my lad straight in the face with his lamp, i dived out of truck ran round and sat him on his arse, i didnt go any further thinking the old bill would throw the book at him (hitting a minor, child abuse etc) they turned up took statements of the three of us thun carted him off. Next night iget a call from plod saying they let him off with a caution apperently he was under a lot of strain because hed recently been burgled (not by me or my lad). Local business man so in masons i should think, so be warned dont assume that the law will help you, as for taking the law into your own hands i wish i had and kicked **** out of the old ****.

I always knew the law wasn't on our side, you should have kicked the shit out of him, bloody hell, how does he get away with that?!!!

I would put a formal complaint in and i would also threaten going to the papers to name and shame the police force........................

if he had struck my daughter id have buried the fecker . FACT .

CL

always some hard fecker around, the bloke had problems read it, the man did right a smack and the police,we dont need hard fuckers like you

problems or not, there was no excuse for hittin the child, notice he never hit the driver.

sh1t we all have problems but do not go round hitting every child we meet (even tho there are a few [bANNED TEXT] need it)

no excuses, u should have sorted him there & then, stuck his lamp where it would never have seem the light of day ever again.

if it were my kid i no what i would have done.

mrjones634@googlemail.com it is nice to see that there are some hard fecker (as you call them) left in the world. "DEFENDING YOUR CHILDREN DOES NOT MAKE YOU A "HARD FECKER""

thats my 2 cents ;)

Well il tell you what mate im not hard but i wouldnt have stopped till he wasnt moving if he'd hit my son. I WOULDNT HAVE GIVEN A TOSS IF HIS WHOLE FAMILY HAD DIED THE SAME DAY & IF HE'D HAD HIS HOUSE BURGELD AT THE SAME TIME. Id would have left him in a pool of his own blood & piss. I would be more than happy to do jail for my son, id do it with pleasure  The thought of going to jail wouldnt even cross my mind.

I was told about two lads, who last week went out for a shine; they informed the two farmers on who's land they had permission, where they would be, and what they would be doing. They informed the police; told them their vehicle number, where they would be , the farmers phone numbers, etc;and asked for and recieved a report number. Anyway, after the 1st feild and two rabbits, a lunatic in a 4wd tryed to knock them down and then jumped out slashing around with a baseball bat !! He happened to be a local farmer, who had had a drink and decided to take the law into his own hands !! Police were called, the farmer was arrested for assault, but the two lads, being genuine types, refused to press charges, and the mad man was let off with a warning !! No blood was spilt, the farmer looked like a c@nt, and ended up giving the lads his phone number, so they could call him when they went on his land !! Just another night out !!!!!

Cheers.
