Laguna Whippet bitch sold

Recommended Posts

I am selling my pure Laguna Whippet bitch. Speed to spare, good prey drive, plenty of wind and stamina. Only done Rabbits up to now, daytime and on the lamp. Returns instantly when misses and lamps off and retrieves live to hand when she catches. Broken to Ferrets and Hawks, good with other dogs and very obedient. She is black with white points, lean and fit!

Now the ONLY bad bit.....ONE OF MY ABSOLUTE PET HATES.......she yaps when running her Rabbits on the lamp! I have laid her off when growing, I have given her easy ones ;), hard ones and ones in between, but still yaps. I have had her since she was untried and around 5 Months old, so it isn't anything she has learnt, she just does it, out of excitement. I have taken her out around 20 times or so and run lots of Rabbits, in between laying her off, to see if she would be better after. She may become quiet on the lamp, she may not, so I am not putting any more time into her. Absolutely no other faults, a good little bitch and without her yapping I would be keeping her here. She is a working, cracking looking little bitch, young enough for somebody to bring on at around 16 months old. I go mostly lamping with my Lurchers, so obviously , for me, yapping is a bit of a c*nt. CAN BE SEEN OUT ON LAMP IF SOMEONE IS SERIOUS ABOUT HER.

I am asking around £120 for her and a pup deal (she's a decent bitch), to stop the peddlers and dealers, Papers available, she was £400 as a pup.

NO MESSERS, WASTERS OR TYRE KICKERS, I WILL JUST FACK YOU OFF!! South West Devon.

pity that sounds a good bitch other wise (ps how would a bark collar work if she took off after a rabbit and yapped and then got a dart from the bark collar she might think you did not want her to chase after rabbits have you tryed it yourself on a dog that yaps after rabbits)

worth a try, the dog will always chase, it cant do any harm, plus its remote control so when it doesnt bark it doesnt get shocked worked on my dog roxy,

and on a mates dog that would do a runner when you got within 5 foot of him
