Marksman 934
BSA Superten in .22 flavour with Hawke 3-9x40 Sport HD scopes Went out to my local haunt to zero it at 25 yards to start.......No bipod at the time, not a lot of time to do it and was lying in a red ants nest.....but not a bad start, just needs a tweak... then walked round the corner to find a bunny basking in the sun..... Headshot just behind the eye from 35ish yards went and bought a bipod and swivel mounts on the way home...... Good start for a first day with a new rifle...... Marksman 934
May I ask why my post has been moved to this section?? It's not a review etc. Just stating the fact I bought a new rifle Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Quite right buddy, It should be in the general banter???? The main section that it was moved from is reserved for shooting pest control reports only. SS may wish to move it again?? Phantom Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1
Well done on the first bunny with the new gun. I don't want to piss on your camp fire here buddy, but that bit of paper looks like you had a go at patterning a shot gun. You may want to have another got at that once you have the pod stuck on your gun. ATB Michael Quote Link to post

I only got the gun yesterday, the shots starting from the left were where the rifle was originally firing, as you can see it's been brought over to the right hand cross and zeroed from there, just needs a slight tweak left to be spot on. It will be checked on a range today before we go on the hunt Darryl Quote Link to post

aaronpigeonplucker 32
well im going bunny bashing tonight so i should get my first non mixy rabbit with it or even a woody if im lucky. its just i was shooting indavidual berries off a blackberry bush this morning at 25 yrds this morning, just watching them explode...i am amazed at the accuracy but not sure about the power because i havent tested it well enough yet, it can co through a tin can...
