Guest hyperion Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 quick ferret update im starting to think he has to be an escaped weasel, just been to clean the hutch out and every time i opened one of the doors or lifted the roof up WHOOSH and hes off across the lawn! no problem picking him up again but hes never stopped looking for a way out the whole time hes been here! I've had a certain hob turn up at my place 3 times in the last few months, I reckon it's because I left my jills in season. He's a pet, lovely natured old thing called Chewie. He broke into my neighbours rabbit run once though, made a meal out of the rabbit, and made himself a nest in the corner! When my mate went to check on the rabbit in the morning, he woke up, stretched himself out, then walked to the water bottle for a drink like he owned the place. I thought it was quite funny, but my mates didn't, strange that.. They do see the funny side now though! Quote Link to post
