FastDogz 155 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Share Posted July 29, 2006 (edited) Alright guys and gals, Been browsing as a guest for a while now.Im a Lancashire lass with a couple of ex racing greyhounds.I dont hunt with them there just pets. My uncle used to go a hunting when i was a kid,had a hawk,a saluki X deerhound and a couple of ferrets.Since then always wanted to go rabbiting and stuff Due to lack of space and trasport tho is never been an option Grrr.Used to have a JRT X when i was a teenager who caught a couple of Mixy bunnies and got in a scrap with Charlie once tho he let it go,Purley accidental n all it was.Just wa walking him down pickle bridge (Yorkshire) threw a brick into a bush,knew the place was crawling with Fox and Bunnies.Fox ran out,dog gave chase ended up in a bramble bush with all sorts of yapping and yelping going on.Came back out muzzle covered in blood,then the fox went to ground a couple hunred yards away.Put mi lad back on lead and didnt persue.Just thought id say Hello Lovin your storys n piccys keep em comin.Maybe one day ill have my turn at running a dog,but not these 2 the males injured from racing days and the bitch is just far too spooky and wudnt recall at all.
