stealthy1 3,964
Just been out to feed the animals, put the meat in for the ferrets now the flies have gone to bed, thought I'd fill the water bottles just in case the fezzers get into a midnight drinking frenzy Walked back into the shed to find two of my kits have ventured out of the nest box to feed on some thing more solid than milk, the one on the left is a jill and the one on the right is a hob, nice to see them out and about stealthy. lurcher lass 9
i find if you feed them their meat in the evening when it cools, they an tuck in and as long as not too much is given it will be gone by morning, then i'm now having to top up with biscuits which i'm not keen on bring on winter for somemany reasons lol Quote Link to post
stealthy1 3,964
What I do is chop the meat up into smaller pieces, if you look in the pic you can see the jill on one piece and the kits on another, they seem to get the meat off the bone faster. Quote Link to post
