PORK CHOP 13 Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 I have a jill ferret which is 2 years old which for the last 3 months has been kept on her own, but yesterday i bought a new ferret kit which is also a jill.Today i tryed to interduce them to 1another and the older ferret just picked the kit up by her neck and ran into her bed i dont know if it was being nasty or just caring for it,has anybody got any suggestions how i can interduce them without the older jill killing the kit thanks 4 your time atb pork chop Quote Link to post

CHEERS FELLA THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE OLD JILL HASNT HAD HER OWN LITTER YET SO WILL THAT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE.SINCE IVE SEPPERATED THEM THE KIT WONT STOP CRYING I THINK SHE THINKS IT HER MOTHER AS YOU SUGGESTED ATB PORK CHOP Quote Link to post

It may be worth introducing them again in neutral teritory which can the progress to the cage, if you intend them to share. Quote Link to post
