Guest air gunner
Has anyone gone to shoot something and forgot to place a pellet!?!?! I was after the pigeons today and had little luck branches and leaves got in the way of the few that landed on the way back i looked in a field for some rabbits but to my supprise a pigeon was sitting about 10yrds away on the ground i had cocked the gun so i brought it up and fired for some reason i had forgotten to place a pellet in the breach the result an almighty bang and a pigeon slightly startled. heres a tip! dont be a wolly and forget to place the object your intending to fire in the gun. camies 1
I'd be a rich man if I'd put a pound aside for everytime i'd forgotten the pellet or to release the safety! My mate has a AA with a 10 shot magasine. Some nights it's like he is using a shotgun through double and triple loading. Quote Link to post
ulverston moocher 60
I also have fallen victim to all of the above at one time or an other its a real pain in the arse Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
I changed the barrel on my good old HW90 a while ago from .177 to .20. I've used H and N Baracudas for a long time and picked up the wrong tin the last time I went out..... Bugger! Cheers. Edited May 15, 2009 by andyfr1968 Quote Link to post
